Pretty French towel rail in simulated bamboo

Pretty , French , swing arm towel rail in simulated bamboo . Tapered centre section supports 3 tapered arms which swivel and the whole stands on 3 angled tapering legs . Strong and sturdy with minor dings associated with age , it is made from Beech and I think pine .
