Arts and crafts plantstand coopered construction

Arts and crafts plantstand in oak with it's corresponding base , of coopered construction and with associated rivetted brass banding . In very good original condition / finish , it is strong and sturdy and has a reference number to the base , I haven't been able to find out who made it .
